Faster to find, easier to open: formats got a tidy-up

Two small but handy changes to how formats work. First, both the "linked formats" list on your playgroup and the "browse formats" page now have a search box and quick filters for All, Official, Custom, and Limited. Once you've linked a bunch of formats, or there are more public custom formats floating around, you can just type to find the one you want instead of scrolling. Second, opening a custom format you own no longer throws every editing tool at you at once. You'll first see a clean summary — the sets in the pool, the card count, the banlist — the same view your playgroup members already see. When you actually want to change something, there's a "Manage rules" button that opens up the full editor: adding sets, spinning the Wheel of Fortune, managing bans, and so on. Click "Done editing" to collapse it back down.
