Format pages now link to official rules and metagames

Every official format page (Standard, Pioneer, Modern, Legacy, Pauper, Vintage, and Commander) now links straight out to two places: Wizards of the Coast's own rules page for that format, and a live metagame breakdown on MTGGoldfish. Both sit right next to the existing Scryfall card-pool link, so you can jump from "what's legal here" to "what actually defines this format" to "what's everyone playing right now" without leaving the page. The Cube Draft format page also got a much bigger writeup. Instead of a short summary, it now walks through what a cube actually is, the common (but entirely optional) guidelines people use when building one, like singleton, 15-card packs, and no rarity slots, why cubes are fun to draft again and again, and how the draft itself works. It also links out to CubeCobra and Luckypaper if you want to build your own cube or read more about cube design.
