Formats now have their own tab

Formats used to live buried inside a specific playgroup's pages, which made sense for the formats your playgroup actually uses, but got in the way whenever you just wanted to check a format's ruleset, banlist, or rotation history. There's now a "Formats" tab in the main navigation. It's a single catalog of every official Magic format, every limited/draft format, and every public custom format, with search and filtering to find what you're after quickly. Creating a custom format, or linking/copying one into one of your playgroups, now also works straight from that tab — just pick which playgroup it's for. You no longer need to already be inside a playgroup to do either. If you had an old link to a format's page saved, it'll still work — it just takes you straight to the new location.
