Leave comments on decks and cubes

You can now leave comments on decks and registered cubes. Click "Comments" under any deck on the Decks page, or under a cube on the Cube Draft format page, to see the thread and add your own. Anyone in the playgroup can comment. You can delete your own comments, and a playgroup admin can remove any comment if needed. Hidden decks keep working the way you'd expect: if a deck is hidden from you, its comments stay hidden too.
