My TCGCore is now in the main menu

Your profile now has its own spot in the header — look for "My TCGCore" next to Playgroups, Formats, and About. No more digging through the account menu to get there. While we were at it, the profile page got a bit more breathing room (it's now as wide as a playgroup page), and My Formats has a "Create custom format" button so you can start a new format without leaving your profile.
